It is recommended that you allow a minimum of an extra 0.25 of an inch for the ganache around the side of the cake. For Example, For a 6 inch cake we advise that you choose to order your plates at 6.25 inches in diameter and if you would like a even thicker frosting, we would say go for 6.5 inches!.
All Plates are reusable and should be washed in warm soapy water before and after use. we do not recommend plates to be washed in the Dishwasher.
