Our slate plaques contain pre-drilled holes and all the required fixtures and fittings, including grey caps to conceal the screws.
If you do not require any holes, please let us know when sending your personalised details.

Please include the text to be personalised by sending us a message as soon as you place your order.
Please enter your text exactly as you would like it to appear. All text will be centrally aligned and text will be formatted as entered. If you require any upper case letters, please enter it this way when ordering. Text will be sized to best fill the space. The more characters/letters you enter, the smaller the font will become. Be sure to double check names, dates and spellings before sending your text as these cannot be changed when manufacturing begins.
Please note: Due to the nature of slate, there may be some small variation in the stone texture, size, cut and smoothness
